The Waveny Park Conservancy announced that it will be hosting as its second Annual fundraiser a Tailgate Party on Saturday, Oct. 7th, from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in Waveny Park.
Now in it’s second year this special event, “tailgate” to be held at Waveny, is limited to the first 160 cars to register for parking spaces behind Waveny House. Each car registration includes tickets for up to six people. Attendees should bring their own food and beverages, and there will be prizes for the best tailgates.
Cars will be admitted to the area between 4:30 and 6 p.m. and spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Parking spots will not be available for purchase the night of the event and no walk-ins will be permitted.
