First annual music festival will kick off the Foundation’s 2019 capital campaign
The New Canaan Athletic Foundation (NCAF) is proud to officially announce details for its first annual music festival, “FieldFest ‘19”. The event, featuring live music and family-friendly activities, will be held on Saturday, September 7th from 5-10pm at Coppo Field in Waveny Park. Proceeds will support the New Canaan Athletic Foundation.
FieldFest ‘19 is open to all and will include a headline performance by 70s Rock ‘n Roll tribute band, 8Track Band. Also performing will be Funky Dawgz Brass Band, with a mix of New Orleans R&B, original music, hip hop & funk with a brass twist, along with local band, Bad Dog Buddy, playing classic rock & current hits. The event will also include field games, face painting, bounce houses, food trucks and more.
Tickets and more information are available at www.ncaffieldfest.org. The event is open to all; children under 18 can attend free. General admission is $75 per adult. Families can purchase a $250 family pass, which provides general admission for two adults and unlimited children, as well as a $100 donation to the NCAF. MVP tickets, include a catered menu and open bar for up to ten adults, are available for $5,000.
This is a community wide celebration to help the NCAF fundraise, and then with the Town of New Canaan, identify, repair & enhance the athletic facilities we know and love.
